At SAU LEE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment is not the perfect fit, we offer returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include all original designer tags, hangers, and polybags.
Affix the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once our quality control team inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
